This year we will be using the Investigations curriculum for mathematics in addition to math workshop. We will need your support to accomplish this. The ideas behind Math Investigations allow students to use hands-on resources to really “investigate” math concepts. Some of those concepts include addition, subtraction multiplication, division, area, perimeter and fractions. Your child will learn different strategies to complete problems, thus developing strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
